United States Shipping Policy
Deliveries of orders take approximately 3 to 7 business days via Priority Mail or UPS and 5-10 day via UPS Ground. Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 3 days. All shipping charges apply to in-stock items only. All backordered items will be shipped via USPS Priority or
UPS Ground.
Shipments To Third Parties
We DO NOT ship to third parties. There are no exceptions. For your protection, SciTech DVDs WILL NOT ship any products to an address other than the billing address on the credit card. If this is necessary for some reason, please contact us via telephone for possible exemptions. 818-762-5865.
International Shipping Charges
For orders outside the US, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your government. The risk of receiving material is yours. We cannot be responsible for customs in your country. We will do everything to ensure a safe delivery but you are ordering at your own risk. We do not take orders from or ship to the following countries: Afganistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgystan, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen or Yugoslavia.
What To Do If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Here is a list of things to do in the rare instance that you do not receive your package.
1. If you are going to send us a letter, include your name, address, telephone and e-mail showing items ordered so that we can correspond with you. Or send an e mail to: orders@ufodepot.com.
2. If you placed your order by check, we still have to wait 7 days for your check to clear before shipping.
3. Sometimes the post office is just slow. Give them a couple of days.
4. If the above does not work, please contact us.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
If you receive a defective product, return it for a complete refund of the product purchase price, full credit or exchange of your choice. We give you give you 30 days from the date of shipping to try it out, and let us know. So why wait, order with complete confidence today!
In certain instances, where an item shows wear or product packaging is missing or destroyed, a restocking fee may be applied. Please read and follow our return instructions carefully to help avoid restocking fees. Certain items are not returnable for health, copyright or other reasons.
Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
How To Return a Product to Us
In order to return a product to us, you must contact a customer service rep in our online customer service department via email at customercare@ufodepot.com or by phone at 818-762-5865 to receive a return authorization. Once this is done the following information applies:
1. For a full refund of the merchandise price, products must be returned in new resalable condition showing no signs of wear. This means that product is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. All returns must be sent in original packing material.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. Allow 5-10 business days for return processing. Any credit can be used immediately after we receive your return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card. Refunds for PayPal purchases will be credited to the original PayPal account. Other refunds are made with a company check, please allow additional time for mail delivery.
Delivery Refusal
If an item is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was eligible for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will also be assessed at the time of return. |
